We’re hiring a Junior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead small teams, run live marketing campaigns, and learn how to drive revenue—all while being mentored by senior leadership.
No corporate experience required. Just bring a competitive mindset, a hunger to lead, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do (Real Responsibility from Day 1)
· Lead a small team of 3–5 brand ambassadors/sales reps during customer acquisition campaigns
· Manage daily marketing operations at retail pop-ups, events, or B2B outreach locations
· Track key metrics (conversion rates, ROI, team KPIs) and report to regional managers
· Recruit, coach, and motivate junior team members
· Learn core business functions: budgeting, CRM use (Salesforce/HubSpot), sales process design, and performance analysis.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
