About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, well-organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team in Kochi. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about interior design, client communication, and project coordination.
You will work closely with clients and our internal team to understand customer requirements, coordinate projects, prepare quotations, and ensure a smooth client experience from enquiry to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and understand their requirements, preferences, and expectations.
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Interpret customer needs and coordinate with the design/project team to deliver suitable solutions.
- Prepare professional quotations and proposals for clients.
- Maintain and regularly update the company's CRM database.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on ongoing company projects.
- Organize and maintain project documents and filing systems.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support the team in day-to-day administrative and project coordination activities.
- Assist in developing and presenting interior design solutions based on client requirements.
What We're Looking For
- +2, Graduate, or Post Graduate qualification.
- Freshers are welcome – training and guidance will be provided.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client interaction and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM systems is an advantage.
- A genuine interest in interior design, architecture, home décor, or customer service.
- Previous experience in interior design, decoration, sales, or client coordination will be an added advantage.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into practical solutions.
