- Business Development: Identify opportunities in highways, railways, and industrial zones; build relationships with EPCs, government agencies, and infrastructure developers; manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Technical Sales: Explain solar PV concepts (panel efficiency, tilt, grid connectivity); collaborate with engineering teams to integrate solar modules into barrier structures; prepare techno-commercial proposals and conduct feasibility studies.
- Project Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and EPC partners; support design approvals, installation, and commissioning.
- Market Strategy: Analyze solar infrastructure trends, government policies, and subsidies; contribute to product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Renewable Energy (MBA optional).
- 3–8 years in Solar EPC, project sales, or technical sales.
- Experience in infrastructure projects (roads/railways) and government tenders preferred.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems (rooftop, ground-mounted, BIPV).
- Techno-commercial proposal preparation & tender management.
- Stakeholder engagement (B2B/Govt.) with excellent communication skills.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
