Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Distributor Sales Manager (DSM) to drive sales growth of Shell Industrial Lubricants in Vizag and surrounding industrial areas. The candidate will be responsible for distributor management, B2B sales, business development, and achieving primary & secondary sales targets across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Shell Industrial Lubricants through the distributor network in Vizag region.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary & secondary sales targets.
- Develop new industrial customers in segments such as:
- Manufacturing
- Steel
- Power Plants
- Mining & Construction
- Conduct regular customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Expand market share by identifying new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and implement counter strategies.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and control outstanding receivables.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- Provide market intelligence and sales forecasting reports to management.
- Train distributor sales team on product knowledge and selling skills.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong B2B industrial sales experience
- Knowledge of industrial lubricants / automotive lubricants preferred
- Distributor handling experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Good understanding of industrial customer segments in Vizag region
- Basic technical knowledge of lubrication solutions
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical / Engineering preferred)
- MBA in Marketing (added advantage)
Experience:
- 3–7 years of experience in Industrial Sales
- Prior experience in lubricants / petrochemicals / industrial consumables preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
