Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and confident Appointment Setter who can connect with leads,
qualify them, and schedule meetings for the sales team.This role is crucial in ensuring a
consistent flow of high-quality appointments, directly impacting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Reach out to inbound & outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
● Qualify leads based on defined criteria (interest, budget, need)
● Schedule appointments/consultations for the sales team
● Follow up with leads to increase show-up rates
● Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools
● Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover
● Handle basic queries and objections professionally
● Ensure a positive first interaction experience with prospects
Requirements
● 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer handling
● Strong communication skills
● Confidence in speaking with potential clients over calls
● Basic understanding of sales process and lead qualification
● Ability to handle rejections and follow-ups consistently
● Good organizational and time management skills
