Job Summary
Nestsfinder is hiring a Telecaller to support our real estate sales team by contacting prospective customers, sharing property information, and scheduling follow-up calls or site visit appointments. This is an office-based position in Dehradun.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
* Explain property details clearly and professionally.
* Identify interested customers and schedule appointments or site visits.
* Maintain accurate call records and update lead status.
* Follow up with customers and coordinate with the sales team.
Requirements
* Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Ability to maintain call records and follow instructions.
* Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Hours
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
