Job Summary
Popcorn Labz is seeking a highly experienced Senior SEO & Paid Ads Specialist with 5+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and advanced SEO strategies. This role is ideal for someone who stays current with the latest digital marketing trends, AI-powered marketing tools, search algorithm updates, and performance marketing techniques.
We are looking for a results-driven professional who can independently manage client campaigns, improve search rankings, generate qualified leads, and maximize advertising ROI across multiple industries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, local SEO, and content optimization.
- Experience optimizing websites built on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, custom-built websites, Next.js, React, and other modern web technologies.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement recommendations.
- Strong understanding of website performance, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, indexing, crawlability, and technical SEO best practices.
- Experience with AI-powered SEO tools and modern digital marketing technologies.
- Proven track record of improving organic rankings, increasing website traffic, and generating leads through paid advertising.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and communicate results effectively.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Local, and Remarketing).
- Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and brand growth.
- Perform advanced SEO audits and implement technical, on-page, and off-page SEO improvements.
- Develop keyword strategies and content optimization plans.
- Improve website rankings and organic traffic across various platforms and technologies.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Monitor industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Provide monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification.
- Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, or similar tools.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and SEO automation platforms.
- Experience managing U.S.-based local business and restaurant marketing campaigns.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
