We are looking for an Associate – People Operations to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle and ensure smooth execution of HR operations processes in both India and US. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, ownership, and a service-oriented mindset to deliver a seamless employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.
The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating employee lifecycle activities, supporting payroll and compliance processes, managing HR data, and driving operational excellence through process improvements and automation.
Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees.
Schedule induction sessions and onboarding meetings.
Assign buddies and facilitate new hire integration.
Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
Coordinate compliance and mandatory training completion.
Facilitate meet-and-greet sessions with key stakeholders.
Maintain onboarding trackers and employee records.
Maintain accurate employee data and HR trackers.
Manage notice period updates and employee status changes.
Handle employee conversions, transfers, and employment changes.
Maintain consultant and contract workforce agreements and trackers.
Support leave management and approval workflows.
Support payroll processing through accurate and timely inputs.
Coordinate exit-related payroll inputs and settlements.
Manage consultant invoice processing and validation.
Support employee reimbursement approvals and tracking.
Coordinate medical insurance enrollments, updates, and employee queries.
Manage annual health check-up programs and employee participation.
Support employee gifting and engagement-related operational activities.
Coordinate end-to-end employee separation processes.
Maintain exit trackers and documentation.
Facilitate clearance processes and cross-functional coordination.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, presentations and dashboards.
Support background verification (BGV) processes and tracking.
Support audits and compliance-related data requests.
Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate refresher training and awareness programs.
Assist with employer branding activities, including social media posts and employer review responses.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
Simplify and standardize operational processes.
Drive a mindset of "do it better than yesterday" through process enhancements and operational excellence.
- Fresher - 1 years experience in HR Operations domain.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or related field.

Internship or prior exposure to HR Operations, HR Administration, or People Processes is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS tools is an advantage.
