Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Project Coordinator to assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking multiple projects. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Track project progress and update project schedules.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders when required.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support resource planning and task allocation.
- Maintain project trackers, action items, and documentation repositories.
- Assist in preparing presentations and project-related documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support.
- Freshers with excellent organizational skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 per year
