1.To prepare shortage list for in-house, sub-contracting and bought out parts and tracking
the accomplishment for the same.
2. Proper issuance of design changes to concern dept. and giving necessary effects for the
same wherever required.
3. To update shortage lists from GRN this is issued by store on daily basis.
4. To verify the issued materials and find actual short supply in the stores for need of any
correction by tracking updated shortage lists.
5. Giving priorities for in house manufacturing items to Machine Shop/Fabrication,
Assembly as per shortage list.
6. Proper monitoring of shortage items of machine & communication with all departments
for verify smooth functioning as per production plan.
7. To give material issue intimation to store department for scheduled machine or
required of assembly department.
8. To maintain appropriate inventory level of all components.
9. To suggest design dept. for using non-moving items in machines or spares whenever
required.
10. To prepare and update shortage lists of current machines of assembly and follow up
with concern for fulfillment.
11. To issue design change request (DCR) to design whenever any problems are found in
drawing or BOM.
12. In absence of any member, I take care the additional functions.
13. To streamline Product wise Planning for Blown film.
14. To check C-class items and maintain proper stock for the same.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
