Responsible for achieving and exceeding the assigned sales targets in the designated project through proper implementation of the company sales process while maintaining relationship with customers adhering to the documentation requirements and managing the front line sales team

- Collection and analysis of data for understanding market competition

- Implementation of sales strategy and sales action plans for the sales team for achieving the sales targets.
- Responsible for follow ups of all the leads generated and data updation.

Work experience in Real Estate / Automobile / or else strong experience in sales function as a team leader
Essential: Graduate with Technology savvy for strong follow ups on sales software
Desirable: Post Gratuate / MBA/ PG diploma in Sales Management / Sales training from good institutes
Work Experience:
Essential: 12-15 years experience in sales. Experience of Sales is must. Managerial level experience in handling a team of minimum 3 people.
Desirable: Experience with good real estate company or brokerage firms like Prop Tiger, Magic bricks, 99 Acres, square yards
