Key Responsibilities:
· Comprehensive Patient Care: Your primary duty will be to assist the senior doctors in the diagnosis, treatment, and care of patients. Collaborate with the medical team to create personalized treatment plans, emphasizing empathy and understanding.
· Clinical Excellence: Demonstrate clinical competence in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Continuously stay updated with the latest medical advancements and guidelines to ensure the highest standards of care.
· Communication and Education: Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options in a clear, compassionate manner. Foster a supportive environment where patients and their families feel empowered and informed.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with nurses, anaesthetists, and other medical staff to ensure seamless patient care. Encourage an atmosphere of cooperation and shared responsibility in achieving the best possible outcomes.
· Diagnostic Procedures: Assist in conducting various diagnostic procedures, including but not limited to physical exams, laboratory tests, and medical imaging, contributing to accurate diagnosis and timely treatment.
· Compassion and Empathy: Show genuine concern for patients' well-being, and create a comforting and caring atmosphere for individuals during their healthcare journey.
· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
· Research and Development: Contribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare practices at Healing Hands Clinic through research and the implementation of evidence-based medicine.
· Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies with poise and confidence, working closely with the medical team to provide immediate, life-saving care, and ensure the helpline number is always available and used when required.
· Constant Touch with Patients: Assistant doctor will remain in constant touch with the patients to analyze their health progress before and after surgery.
Insurance Support: Assistant doctor will support the patients with all insurance related queries and filing.
