Role: The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets by working closely with
distributors and channel partners in the assigned territory. The role involves developing new markets, strengthening business in underperforming areas, maintaining strong relationships with dealers and retailers and ensuring growth in secondary and tertiary sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve primary sales targets by supporting distributors in driving secondary and tertiary sales
- Develop and strengthen channel networks in blank or weak market areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners within the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements
Requirements:
Essential -
- Good understanding of lubricant products, including applications, grades, and complaint handling
- Ability to calculate and manage trade schemes, TODs (Turnover Discounts) and other sales incentives
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Preferred -
- Preferably experienced in the lubricants, automotive spare parts, or related industries
Experience -
- 2 to 5 years of relevant sales/marketing experience preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
