Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result-driven Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our interior décor retail showroom. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, proven sales expertise, excellent customer relationship management skills, and sound knowledge of interior décor and home furnishing products.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing showroom operations, leading and motivating the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage overall branch operations in a professional and efficient manner
- Drive branch sales performance and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Lead, train, supervise, and motivate showroom staff to ensure high productivity
- Ensure excellent customer service standards and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively and professionally
- Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and display standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams
- Prepare sales reports, operational reports, and branch performance analysis
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to increase showroom footfall and sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and key clients
- Ensure proper billing procedures, cash handling, and branch documentation
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and smooth workflow within the branch
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail showroom or branch management, preferably in interior décor, furniture, tiles, or building materials industry
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
- Sound understanding of retail operations and sales strategies
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and billing/inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of current interior décor trends and products will be an added advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve business targets
- Fluency in English and local language preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
