About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Functional Implementation Lead to drive ERP projects end‑to‑end. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in Odoo ERP implementations, deep knowledge of Odoo modules, and proven experience leading requirement studies, configuration, user training, UAT, go‑live, and post‑go‑live hypercare support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and document business processes.
- Configure Odoo modules to align with client needs across Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, POS, and Project.
- Manage full implementation lifecycle: requirement study → configuration → UAT → go‑live → hypercare.
- Conduct user training workshops and prepare functional documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
- Provide functional support during and after go‑live, ensuring smooth adoption.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of Functional implementation experience.
- Successfully managed or led 3–5 complete ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of Odoo modules: Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, POS, Project.
- Ability to interact with clients, capture requirements, configure modules, train users, and support go‑live.
- Financial/accounting background preferred.
- Technical understanding of Odoo (customization, integrations) is an added advantage, though not mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Experience with regional compliance requirements (VAT, payroll, etc. for KSA/UAE).
- Familiarity with SQL or Python for functional troubleshooting.
- Project management exposure (Agile/Scrum, PMP).
- Strong client‑facing and leadership skills.
Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
