You'll be the doctor on the floor: first response in Emergency, medical cover for the wards, and support to our 24×7 critical care team in ICU. It's a hands-on role in a compact unit where you'll see a genuine mix of cases rather than one narrow specialty.
What you'll do
- Attend and stabilise all emergency presentations; decide admit, observe or transfer
- Lead the initial code blue response until the consultant or critical care team arrives
- Round twice daily on inpatients and respond to ward calls
- Support the critical care team with ICU patients and procedures
- Review lab and imaging results, including overnight reports
- Post-operative monitoring, analgesia and escalation
- Complete admission notes, discharge summaries and case records
- Structured handover at every shift change
What we're looking for
- MBBS from a recognised college
- Valid Telangana State Medical Council registration (or transferable state council registration)
- Minimum 1 year post-internship clinical experience
- Current BLS certification — ACLS preferred, and we'll sponsor it within 90 days if you don't have it
- Comfortable working rotating shifts including nights
- English and Telugu or Hindi
Emergency, ICU or multispeciality inpatient experience is an advantage but not essential. Freshers with strong internship exposure in emergency or critical care are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
