Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our team for selling Digital Marketing Services. The candidate should have good communication skills in English and be comfortable handling client calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services
- Generate leads and maintain client database
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital marketing solutions
- Follow up with interested clients and schedule meetings/calls
- Maintain daily call reports and sales updates
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets
Requirements
- 3 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer handling
- Good spoken English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing services is preferred
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
- Ability to handle client conversations professionally
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling preferred
