We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven General Manager to lead our operations, drive business growth, and oversee the day-to-day management of our organization.
Position Summary
The General Manager (GM) serves as the highest operational leader of YESTE Migration & Education Consulting Pvt. Ltd., responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and organizational performance across all departments.
The GM will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization while ensuring the achievement of strategic business goals. This role requires exceptional leadership, commercial acumen, people management skills, and extensive experience in the overseas education and migration consulting industry.
Candidates with prior experience in Australian migration, international student recruitment, visa processing, immigration consulting, or overseas education services will be given strong preference.
The General Manager will work closely with the Managing Director and Executive Management to formulate strategies, improve operational efficiency, increase profitability, and build a high-performing organization.

- Execute the company's vision and long-term strategic objectives.

- Drive continuous improvement across the organization.
- Present strategic recommendations to Executive Management.
2. Business Growth & Revenue Management
- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance across migration and education verticals.
- Develop strategies to improve conversion ratios.
- Optimize sales funnels and client acquisition processes.
- Identify opportunities to increase profitability.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to maximize lead generation and conversions.
- Develop strategic partnerships with universities, institutions, and international organizations.
- Evaluate new service offerings and business diversification opportunities.
3. Operational Management
Provide leadership across all operational departments including:

5. Sales & Business Development Oversight
Oversee the complete sales function by:
- Monitoring daily sales performance.

- Improving enquiry handling processes.
- Supporting strategic sales initiatives.
- Reviewing sales scripts and consultation quality.
- Assisting in handling key corporate clients.
- Monitoring customer acquisition costs.
- Improving revenue forecasting.
6. Marketing Oversight
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure:
- Brand visibility.
- Effective digital marketing.
- Lead generation.
- SEO performance.
- Social media growth.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads performance.
- Website optimization.
- Content marketing strategy.
- Webinar campaigns.
- Event participation.
- ROI monitoring.
Review marketing reports and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
7. Client Experience & Service Excellence
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the client journey.
Responsibilities include:

8. Migration & Education Operations
Provide operational oversight for:

- Offer letters

Ensure quality, compliance, and timely processing.
9. Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Conduct operational audits.
- Review documentation quality.

- Maintain confidentiality.
- Review client files periodically.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all business activities.
10. Financial Management
Collaborate with the Finance Department to:

11. Human Resource Strategic Support

Present monthly reports to the Managing Director.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

- Professional certifications in leadership, project management, business strategy, or operations management.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 8–12 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.
- Experience managing multiple departments.
- Strong background in business operations, sales, and people management.
Highly Preferred:
- Prior experience in the overseas education industry.
- Experience in Australian migration consulting.
- Exposure to visa processing and compliance.
- Experience working with education agents or migration consultancies.
- Knowledge of Australian, Canadian, UK, New Zealand, or European education pathways is an added advantage.
