About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced MERN Stack Trainer to join our training team in Velachery, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js and be capable of training students, fresh graduates, and working professionals through practical, industry-oriented sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training on the MERN Stack.
- Teach core concepts of:
- MongoDB
- Express.js
- React.js
- Node.js
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- REST APIs
- Git & GitHub
- HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
- Design and update training materials, assignments, and projects.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions and workshops.
- Guide students in developing real-time web applications.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and project reviews.
- Assist students with interview preparation, resume building, and career guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest web development technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MERN Stack technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience in API integration and database management.
- Understanding of Git, GitHub, and deployment processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners of different skill levels.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Industry experience in Full Stack Development.
- Certifications in MERN Stack, JavaScript, or Web Development are an added advantage.
