Job Purpose
The Facility Senior Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining all facility operations of the stock broking firm to ensure a safe, compliant, efficient, and professional working environment across offices and branches.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations
- Oversee day-to-day facility management including housekeeping, security, pantry, transport, and office maintenance.
- Ensure optimal functioning of office infrastructure (HVAC, electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, UPS, DG sets, fire safety systems).
- Coordinate timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and breakdown resolution.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage and monitor facility-related vendors (housekeeping, security, pest control, maintenance, etc.).
- Negotiate contracts, monitor SLAs, and ensure service quality and cost control.
- Process vendor bills, verify invoices, and coordinate with finance for timely payments.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and safety requirements (fire safety, building compliance, health & safety norms).
- Conduct regular safety audits, mock drills, and inspections.
- Maintain documentation related to compliance, licenses, and certifications.
Space & Asset Management
- Manage office space planning, seating arrangements, and workstation allocation.
- Maintain inventory of assets, equipment, and consumables.
- Coordinate office moves, expansions, and renovations.
Administration Support
- Support senior management and employees with facility-related requirements.
- Handle employee complaints related to facilities and ensure prompt resolution.
- Assist in budgeting and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Facility Management / Administration preferred)
- Certification in Facility Management is an added advantage
Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in facility or administration roles
- Prior experience in BFSI / corporate office / stock broking firm preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
