About KVR Mobis
KVR Mobis is an authorized Hyundai Genuine Spare Parts wholesale dealership engaged in the distribution and supply of genuine Hyundai spare parts to dealers, workshops, retailers, and institutional customers. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Spare Parts Executive to support parts sales, inventory management, and customer service while ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle wholesale enquiries and process spare parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Assist customers in identifying the correct Hyundai genuine spare parts using EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) or other approved systems.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
- Monitor stock availability and communicate shortages or fast-moving items to the Spare Parts Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock movements, returns, and customer transactions.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, back orders, and deliveries.
- Ensure proper documentation for warranty claims, returns, and damaged parts.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery of spare parts.
- Support periodic stock verification and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and build strong relationships with dealers and trade customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any equivalent qualification.
- Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in automobile spare parts sales or warehouse operations.
- Experience in Hyundai, other OEM dealerships, or automotive wholesale spare parts distribution will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Hyundai spare parts and Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of automobile spare parts and inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to identify spare parts accurately using catalogues or EPC systems.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet customer delivery timelines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Compensation
As per company standards and based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and competency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
