Location :ECIL / AS Rao Nagar
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)
CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Timings : 6:30pm - 3:30 am IST
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our team as Bench Sales Recruiters. The candidate will be responsible for marketing IT consultants, coordinating with vendors and clients, and supporting placement activities in the US IT staffing domain.
Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants to vendors and direct clients.
- Identify suitable requirements through job portals and networking.
- Coordinate with consultants regarding job opportunities.
- Submit consultant profiles and track interview processes.
- Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
- Update recruitment and placement records regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in recruitment and sales.
- Basic knowledge of US IT staffing is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
