Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Front Desk Associate who can efficiently manage reception duties along with billing responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to handle patients with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors at the front desk
- Manage patient registration, appointments, and inquiries
- Handle billing processes including invoice generation, payments, and receipts
- Maintain accurate records of patient details and transactions
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff for smooth operations
- Answer phone calls and provide required information Ensure front desk area is clean and well-organized
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
- Basic knowledge of billing and hospital management systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
· Prior hospital experience is an added advantage
