Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Build and maintain candidate databases
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Achieve recruitment targets and timelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of job portals and social media recruitment
