KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source and identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews.
- Build a strong pipeline of quality candidates.
- Coordinate the recruitment and selection process.
2. Team Formation
- Recruit and develop a dedicated team of Insurance Advisors.
- Expand the distribution network through continuous hiring.
- Support team members during the onboarding process.
3. Training & Onboarding
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new recruits.
- Provide product knowledge and business orientation.
- Guide team members on company policies and compliance.
4. Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the distribution team.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Help the team achieve monthly business targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
5. Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Support business growth through effective distribution management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
