Job Summary:
Responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their educational needs, counseling them on courses and programs, and assisting them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and educational programs
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Explain course features, fees, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain student records and CRM data
- Achieve admission and enrollment targets
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for a smooth admission process
- Provide excellent customer service and student support
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong counseling and relationship-building abilities
- Sales and persuasion skills
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 0–5 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, telesales, or customer service
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in educational institutions, coaching centers, universities, or EdTech companies
- Knowledge of admission processes and student counseling
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
