EDUsolve Learn is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with students, understanding their educational goals, and helping them choose the right courses to support their academic and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate with prospective students and provide clear information about courses and programs.
* Understand student requirements and guide them in selecting suitable courses.
* Follow up with enquiries and assist students throughout the admission process.
* Maintain records of student enquiries and interactions.
* Build positive relationships with students and support a smooth enrollment experience.
Requirements:
* Experience: 1–2 years in the education sector or a related field.
* Qualification: Any degree
* Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must have a personal laptop.
