Gradeup Academy is seeking a passionate, high-energy Olympiad Instructor (Maths & Science) to join our academic team. You will train young learners (ages 6–15) for competitive exams, including the ZenQuest Talent Search Exam (ZTSE), IMO, NSO, NSTSE, etc. We cater to a premium audience, expecting deep subject mastery, exceptional communication, and the ability to simplify complex logical concepts into engaging lessons.
Key Responsibilities
- Live Interactive Teaching: Conduct high-energy online classes focusing on advanced Olympiad Mathematics and Science concepts.
- Aptitude & Logic Building: Train students in logical reasoning, higher-order thinking skills (HOTS), and speed-math strategies.
- Student Tracking: Provide regular feedback to parents regarding student academic progress and cognitive development.
- Curriculum Input: Assist in refining test prep modules and mock discussion sessions.
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Tech Setup: Personal Laptop/PC capable of smooth video conferencing and digital whiteboarding.
- Stable Internet: High-speed broadband connection with power/internet backup for uninterrupted sessions.
- Environment: A quiet, professional, and well-lit workspace.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong proficiency in Olympiad-level Mathematics, Science, and Logical Reasoning.
- Prior experience in mentoring children for competitive exams (IMO, NSO, ZTSE) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Degree in STEM (B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc, M.Sc, or equivalent) is a plus.
