Designation: Store Manager
Reporting To: General Manager
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 7–10 Years in Stores/Warehouse/Inventory Management
Job Summary
Responsible for managing overall store operations, inventory control, material receipt and issue, finished-goods management, team supervision, and coordination with Purchase, PPC, Production, Finance, Quality, Marketing, and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage, issuance, and movement of materials.
- Ensure proper verification of material quantity, quality, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Raise Purchase Requisitions as per material requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock records in Finsys/ERP.
- Supervise loading, unloading, physical stock verification, and material handling.
- Manage finished-goods inventory in coordination with PPC, Marketing, and Logistics.
- Prepare and review MIS, slow-moving, and dead-stock reports.
- Lead and supervise the Stores team and allocate daily work.
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with ISO 13485:2016.
- Ensure 5S, hygiene, housekeeping, and health & safety standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for smooth material flow.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
