RPA Developer (UiPath)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer (UiPath) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions using UiPath. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable automation solutions and support production deployments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
- Deploy and manage RPA components using UiPath Orchestrator.
- Develop automation solutions using RE Framework and Document Understanding.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, Product Owners, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver automation projects.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Create technical and end-user documentation.
- Ensure automation quality through testing and QA processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide deployment support.
- Work with SQL databases, APIs, and workflow automation concepts.
- Develop automation solutions involving Excel, SAP, Email, and Web applications.
Required Skills :
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in UiPath Development.
- Strong expertise in UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
- Experience with RE Framework and Document Understanding.
- Good knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in Queue Management and Scheduling.
- Hands-on experience with Excel Automation (VBA/Macros), SAP Automation, Email Automation, and Web Automation.
- Knowledge of APIs, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Mandatory Requirements :
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience as an RPA Developer using UiPath.
- Profiles with only Excel Automation (VBA/Macros) experience will not be considered.
- Candidate must be currently based in Mumbai.
- Notice period should not exceed 15 days (Immediate Joiners Preferred).
- Must be available for an on-site (Face-to-Face) interview.
- Candidates who do not meet the above criteria will not be considered.
