Role Description
We are hiring Junior Accountants for full-time, on-site role at our offices in Andheri West, , Mumbai.
The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, compliance, audit support, banking, and financial records for multiple companies/clients. The role includes maintaining books of accounts, preparing financial statements, handling bank and cash transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with statutory filings, and supporting audit assignments. The candidate may also be required to visit client locations for audit, accounting, and compliance-related work.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and financial records for multiple companies/clients
Prepare ledgers, reconciliations, financial statements, and MIS reports
Handle bank transactions, cash transactions, and daily accounting entries
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements
Assist in GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance work
Handle Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, and other applicable filings and compliance support
Assist in payroll-related accounting and statutory deductions wherever applicable
Support audit assignments, audit documentation, and client data verification
Visit client locations for audit/accounting/compliance work as required
Coordinate with clients for documents, data, and regular accounting updates
Work on accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Support senior team members in client deliverables, reporting, and compliance deadlines
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, Professional Tax, PF, and ESIC compliances
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to manage accounting work for multiple companies/clients
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Prior experience in audit, accounting, bank reconciliation, and statutory filings will be an added advantage
