Role Summary
Gsource is looking for a hands-on IT Analyst / infrastructure SME to manage and stabilize local IT infrastructure, service desk operations, and IT facilities.
This role will take ownership of end-user computing, network reliability, surveillance systems, and IT asset governance while ensuring day-to-day operational stability of the Pune office.
The ideal candidate should be technically strong, process-oriented, and capable of independently managing local IT operations.

Required Skills & Experience
· 4-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure/Service Desk/System Administration.
· Strong hands-on experience in windows server, Active Directory, and domain management.
· Experience in firewall and antivirus policy management.
· Knowledge of backup and recovery planning.
· Experience supporting CRM systems.
· Exposure to EPBX and CCTV system management.
· Antivirus configuration, monitoring, analysis, and update policy management.
· Firewall configuration, policy creation, monitoring, and updates.
· Implement and enforce IT security policies.
· Web domain and DNS management.
· Sales CRM management and administration.
· Installation and troubleshooting of Autodesk (AEC), Adobe, Corel, and ProgeCAD software.
· Manage EPBX system and call routing.
· Manage and maintain Windows server (2012 R2+) and Active Directory.
· Domain management and group policy administration.
· Monitor system performance and network communication.
· Create and manage file systems and share drives.
· Develop and maintain backup and recovery policies.
· Ensure timely OS and application updates.
· Managing incidents, service request, and escalations within SLA.
· Ensure high First Call Resolution and minimal repeat incidents.
· Maintain accurate documentation in ITSM tool
· Perform system maintenance (Patching, updates, health checks.)
· Monitor LAN/WAN connectivity and coordinate with ISP/vendors.
· Support audit requirements and documentation.
· Implement process improvements aligned with ITIL practices.
· Strong troubleshooting skills across end-user systems and basic infrastructure.
· Experience in system maintenance and basic server/network support.
· Basic networking knowledge (switches, routers, firewall fundamentals)
· Hands-on experience managing CCTV systems and related hardware.
· Working knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM processes.
· Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
· Good communication skills and ability to work independently with strong ownership mindset.
· Experience working with Autodesk products (installation, configuration, licensing, and troubleshooting) will be an added advantage.
Preferred Profile
· ITIL certification (preferred)
· Experience in structured IT governance environments.
· Strong documentation and process orientation
Pay: ₹408,880.26 - ₹1,267,522.60 per year
