Lead execution of high-rise residential and luxury apartment projects from concept to completion.
Oversee structural design planning, review, and validation in coordination with structural consultants.
Ensure designs comply with safety standards, seismic requirements, and statutory regulations.
Review structural drawings, calculations, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Optimize structural designs for cost efficiency without compromising safety and quality.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams for design integration.
Monitor site execution to ensure work is aligned with approved structural designs.
Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ensure adherence to quality control and safety standards across all construction activities.
Identify and resolve design and execution-related challenges.
Drive vendor and contractor management, including technical evaluation.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within approved budgets.
Pay: ₹1,800,270.26 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
