Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior IT Hardware Executive to provide day-to-day IT hardware and CCTV support across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of computer systems, CCTV infrastructure, and network devices. The ideal candidate should also possess basic knowledge of software installation and user support to ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues for end users.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related accessories.
- Provide basic software support, including installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, antivirus software, and other business applications.
- Assist users in resolving basic software-related issues and system errors.
- Support LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance of IT hardware and CCTV infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and AMC services.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and service records.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets with minimal downtime.
- Assist in setting up IT infrastructure for new branches or office locations.
- Follow IT security policies and ensure proper handling of company IT assets.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, software installation, and user-level troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches).
- Familiarity with printers, biometric devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve both hardware and basic software issues.
- Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to company branches whenever required.
Preferred Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Hardware & Networking certification (A+, N+, CCNA or equivalent) is added advantage .
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems or business software support will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
