We are looking for a creative and self-driven Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. You will play an important role as a core marketing team member in shaping our brand presence across digital platforms while supporting marketing campaigns, events, trade shows and business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Website & Digital Design
- Design, update and maintain website pages, landing pages and digital assets
- Ensure website content is visually engaging, user-friendly and aligned with brand guidelines
- Work on CMS platforms such as Wix, Site123, WordPress or similar tools to design the website content.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create and manage engaging social media content for LinkedIn and other professional platforms
- Develop blogs, promotional content, graphics, presentations, brochures and digital campaigns
- Produce creative content for events, exhibitions, trade shows, webinars and marketing campaigns
- Assist with video content, short-form visuals and brand storytelling initiatives.
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Support lead generation campaigns through digital marketing initiatives
- Assist in executing email marketing, online advertising, and campaign activities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop marketing strategies that drive engagement and business growth
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
Brand & Campaign Support
- Maintain consistency across all branding and communication materials
- Support event marketing activities, including promotional campaigns and onsite branding requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, website, graphic design, digital marketing, or lead generation activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or MBA preferred
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, branding and digital content creation
- Basic experience managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Basic experience with SEO, email marketing and social media advertising
- Exposure to CRM or lead generation tools
- Knowledge of website management and CMS platforms such as Wix, Site123 or WordPress
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar design tools will be added advantage
- Basic knowledge in Telecommunications or ICT industry would be helpful
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or digital performance tracking tools
- Basic video editing or motion graphics skills are an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred
