Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
Handle enquiries received through Meta Ads, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp, referrals, and venue partners.
Respond promptly to new enquiries.
Qualify leads based on event requirements, location, guest count, and budget.
Schedule discovery calls and meetings.
Client Consultation
Understand the client's vision, priorities, and expectations.
Explain our planning and décor process in a clear and professional manner.
Recommend suitable services based on the client's needs.
Build trust with couples and their families through consultative selling.
Sales
Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
Handle negotiations while protecting company pricing and positioning.
Follow up consistently until the booking is confirmed.
Achieve monthly revenue and booking targets.
CRM & Coordination
Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up notes.
Coordinate with the planning and design teams for a smooth client handover after booking.
Ensure all required client information is documented before project execution begins.
Business Development
Build relationships with wedding venues and referral partners.
Attend exhibitions, venue showcases, and networking events when required.
Identify new opportunities to generate premium wedding enquiries.
Candidate Profile
We're looking for someone who:
Communicates confidently in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Has excellent listening and relationship-building skills.
Can confidently handle high-value client conversations.
Is comfortable working with monthly sales targets.
Has a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Is willing to work on weekends during the wedding season.
Preferred Experience
2–5 years in Luxury Sales, Wedding Sales, Hospitality Sales, Event Sales, Real Estate, Automobile Sales, or other premium customer-facing roles.
Experience in handling clients with budgets above ₹5 lakh is an advantage.
