Job Summary
Solaris Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify and qualify potential customers, build a strong sales pipeline, and support the business development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to generate quality leads through various online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers using online platforms, databases, and networking.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other outreach methods.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and requirements.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation activities and performance.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during all interactions.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in cold calling and customer outreach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to research and identify target customers.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Fresher and Experience in lead generation, telesales, business development, or inside sales is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead generation tools.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
- Experience in B2B lead generation is an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Meetings scheduled for the sales team.
- Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
- Daily outreach targets (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages).
- CRM data accuracy and follow-up completion.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
