Quality Management System
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer requirements, and company procedures.
- Monitor effectiveness of all quality processes.
Documentation Control
- Control Quality Manual, Procedures, SOPs, Work Instructions, and Formats.
- Ensure timely revision, approval, and distribution of documents.
- Maintain records as per document retention requirements.
Internal Audits
- Prepare annual internal audit schedules.
- Conduct and coordinate internal audits.
- Monitor closure of audit observations and non-conformities.
Management Review
- Organize Management Review Meetings (MRM).
- Prepare quality performance reports and KPI data.
- Follow up on action items arising from management reviews.
Customer & Certification Audits
- Coordinate customer, certification, and surveillance audits.
- Ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Act as the company representative during quality audits.
Corrective & Preventive Actions
- Monitor customer complaints and internal non-conformities.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Verify effectiveness of implemented actions.
Quality Performance Monitoring
- Track rejection, rework, customer complaints, and process performance.
- Analyze quality trends and recommend improvement actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Training & Awareness
- Conduct QMS awareness programs.
- Ensure employees understand quality objectives and procedures.
- Coordinate quality-related training programs.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Promote quality culture throughout the organization.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
