Job Description – US Healthcare Voice ProcessKey Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US insurance providers to follow up on medical claims.
- Handle inbound queries related to claims, billing status, and patient appointments.
- Schedule patient appointments and accurately update patient/claim records in the system.
- Document call details and update claim status accurately.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets related to call handling and collections.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth and timely claim resolution.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent English communication is compulsory – both verbal and written.
- Typing speed: 25+ WPM.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Freshers and candidates with prior Healthcare/BPO experience are welcome.
- Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a US night-shift process.
Night Shift Timing - 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM
