Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead warehouse associates during daily operations.
- Manage inbound, storage, sorting, picking, packing, and outbound/dispatch activities.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team productivity.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and timely shipment processing.
- Track operational KPIs such as productivity, TAT (Turnaround Time), SLA adherence, and dispatch accuracy.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and shift planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Report operational performance to the Warehouse/Operations Manager and resolve day-to-day issues.
Eligibility
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Immediate joiners are often preferred.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
