Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements. The candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and solutions.
- Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Create and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries for efficient data retrieval.
- Implement business logic using Apex, Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation processes.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and release management processes.
- Maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Salesforce Platform development.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Future Methods.
- Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Strong understanding of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Governor Limits.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Flows and Process Automation.
- Experience with Git, Version Control Systems, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (preferred).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps and deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
