Job Summary
We are looking for a highly aggressive, target-obsessed Telemarketing Executive who lives and breathes sales. This role is 100% performance-driven and meant for people who can handle pressure, rejections, daily targets, and still close deals consistently. Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers daily
- Pitch products/services confidently and close sales over the phone
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle objections like a pro and turn “NO” into “YES”
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and sales reports
- Follow up relentlessly until closure
- Work under strict deadlines and performance tracking
- Upsell and cross-sell wherever possible
- Maintain high energy and motivation throughout the workday
Performance Metrics (Non-Negotiable)
- Daily call targets
- Conversion ratio
- Revenue generated
- Closures per day/week
- Consistent target achievement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in telecalling / telesales / BPO sales
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Fluent communication (local language + basic English preferred)
- Thick skin and ability to handle rejection
- Result-oriented mindset with killer follow-up skills
- Willingness to work in a pressure-driven sales environment

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,778.83 per month
