Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated area, achieving revenue targets, managing the sales team, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve area-wise monthly and annual sales targets
- Manage and guide Sales Officers and Senior Sales Officers
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor team performance and provide training/support
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Ensure timely collection and customer follow-up
- Submit regular sales and performance reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field
- 4–8 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven and result-oriented
