Job Summary
The Peon / Office Assistant is responsible for providing general office support, maintaining cleanliness, handling office errands, assisting staff with day-to-day administrative activities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the office, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
- Deliver and collect documents, files, and correspondence within and outside the office when assigned.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Purchase office stationery and other required materials as instructed.
- Assist in receiving visitors and directing them to the concerned department.
- Handle banking, courier, post office, and other official errands as directed.
- Support administrative staff during meetings, inspections, and official events.
- Ensure office equipment and furniture are kept clean and properly arranged.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management or Reporting Officer.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
- Basic reading and writing skills in Hindi.
- Previous experience in office or site support is preferred but not mandatory.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual and disciplined.
- Physically fit to perform office-related tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work on time.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist all departments.
Working Conditions
- Work may be at the Head Office or Project Site.
- May be required to travel locally for official work.
- Working hours shall be as per Company policy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Almora, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Quality Engineer: 3 years (Preferred)
