MS Education Academy is looking for a passionate, experienced, and dynamic Pre-Primary Head of Department (Incharge) to lead our Early Years Department and create an inspiring learning environment for young learners.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Pre-Primary Department and teaching staff.
- Implement and monitor a comprehensive Early Childhood curriculum.
- Ensure curriculum aligns with the school's vision, mission, and educational philosophy.
- Conduct classroom observations and mentor teachers to enhance teaching quality.
- Promote innovative, child-centered teaching methodologies.
- Monitor students' academic and developmental progress.
- Manage departmental resources efficiently.
- Maintain records, reports, and ensure compliance with school policies.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate with PPTTC, NTT, Montessori, B.Ed., or relevant Early Childhood qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Primary teaching, with leadership or coordination experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and leadership skills.
- Passion for Early Childhood Education and teacher mentoring.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
