Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on testing metrics to ensure alignment with quality objectives and project goals.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.

- Strong expertise in managing infrastructure services to support quality engineering initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
