About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, mission-aligned Executive & Project Coordinator to serve as a dual-function strategic partner managing CEO-level executive operations while driving on-ground project coordination across centers. This role demands exceptional organisational agility, stakeholder management, and a deep commitment to the development sector.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage CEO's calendar, correspondence, travel, and scheduling; filter and prioritise communications
- Draft agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Prepare board-level documents, executive briefings, and strategic presentations
- Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information with complete discretion
Project Coordination & Implementation
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across assigned centers; ensure timely implementation
- Monitor project progress, identify operational gaps, and escalate with solutions
- Support field teams in smooth execution of program interventions
- Drive special initiatives end-to-end as directed by the CEO
Reporting & Documentation
- Produce high-quality project reports, monthly/quarterly updates, and donor documentation
- Maintain accurate data sheets, attendance logs, activity reports, and field visit records
- Draft case studies, success stories, and audit-ready documentation
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Track project indicators and ensure data accuracy across all reporting cycles
- Support assessments, surveys, monitoring visits, and program evaluations
- Provide feedback loops to improve program quality and impact
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Organise board meetings, internal events, conferences, and CEO speaking engagements
- Handle all logistics, materials, and follow-up with meticulous attention to detail
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and board members, donors, government officials, partners, and field teams
- Draft and send communications on behalf of the CEO at a high standard of professionalism
- Cascade key priorities and messages effectively across the organisation
Administrative & Operational Support
- Support procurement, compliance, and policy adherence across projects
- Assist with donor documentation, proposal inputs, and audit preparations
- Participate in training programmes and community outreach as required

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in B.Sc / B.Com / BBA or equivalent (mandatory)
- Postgraduate preferred: MBA / MSW / MPH or equivalent
- 1–5 years in executive support, project coordination social sector strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; Hindi proficiency preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
