Real Estate Sales or Business Development Executive
Location: Dona Paula, Goa
Experience: 1–6 Years (Real Estate Mandatory)
CTC: As per industry standards + Incentives
Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven Real Estate Sales & Business Development Executive who will be responsible for lead generation, CP calling, client handling, and end-to-end sales closures at our Goa project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle real estate sales through walk-ins, references, and generated leads
- Conduct cold calling & inside sales activities for lead generation
- Connect with and activate Channel Partners (CPs) for business sourcing
- Perform regular CP calling to generate leads and maintain relationships
- Manage site visits, client presentations, and property walkthroughs
- Ensure strong follow-ups for leads and site visits for faster closures
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and closures
- Maintain daily lead tracking, calling reports, and sales updates on the CRM system.
- Drive business development activities to increase project visibility
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Real Estate Sales & Business Development
- Hands-on experience in Lead Generation, Cold Calling & Inside Sales
- Ability to handle CP sourcing and relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-driven with a go-getter attitude
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with 1–6 years of real estate experience
- Proven track record in sales closures
- Comfortable with field work (some times)+ calling-based role
- Immediate / early joiners preferred
