Job Summary
The Store Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, inventory control, material receipts and issues, ERP transactions, documentation, and coordination with internal departments. The role ensures timely material availability, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company policies, QMS, OH&S, and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and material planning.
- Receive, verify, inspect, store, and issue materials as per company procedures.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials, consumables, spares, tools, packing materials, chemicals, and components.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile inventory variances.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and non-moving stock.
- Process all store transactions through ERP systems (JDE/SAP/Tally).
- Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) and coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Accounts, and Production departments.
- Maintain BIN cards, stock records, material receipt documents, and other store documentation.
- Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, safety, and security of stores.
- Support ISO/QMS documentation, internal/external audits, and statutory compliance.
- Generate MIS reports and ensure complete material traceability and accountability.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Science, or Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in Store/Warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
