Job Description
We are looking for an experienced POD Tech Lead with strong technical leadership and client-facing experience to lead enterprise-scale projects with high complexity. The ideal candidate should have expertise in modern tech stacks, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-scale technical projects and delivery teams
- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Drive Agile delivery and technical excellence
- Mentor technical leads and engineering teams
- Manage project risks, issues, and delivery timelines
- Participate in architecture discussions and solution planning
- Lead technical reviews and cost-benefit analysis
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, DevOps, SRE, and Quality Engineering practices
- Required Skills
- Strong experience as Technical Lead / Engineering Lead
- Client-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Expertise in:
- Microservices Architecture
- REST APIs
- Spring Boot / Java
- React.js
- Cloud Platforms (Azure Preferred)
- Good understanding of:
- SDLC
- DevOps
- SRE
- Agile/Scrum
- Quality Engineering
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience mentoring teams and managing deliveries
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
